We have purchased a 36,000 Sq Ft. lot in the Willow Point neighbourhood of Campbell River as our next potential development project.  We are currently working through a rezoning process with the city and are looking for approval to build 12+ town homes units featuring a unique west coast style. Campbell River is growing at a rapid pace and the demand for housing is increasing as more and more people move to or retire to the island to enjoy a better cost of living and lifestyle.  We are excited to be working in this market and will continue to look for opportunities for future development projects.
